Our journey began in 2004 by teaching computer lessons to seniors in various cultural and community centers. At a time when technology was becoming increasingly important, we helped seniors become familiar with computers, internet and digital communication.
In 2007 we got the opportunity to take over a Tandy store in Kraainem, allowing us to expand our expertise to hardware, software and technical support. This enabled us to not only advise customers, but also directly provide them with the right products and solutions.
In 2012 we moved to Sterrebeek, where we entered into a partnership with Telenet to open a computer store. For years we operated as an official Telenet Center and offered IT support and telecom solutions. Our store became a trusted point of contact for both individuals and businesses.
Just before the COVID-19 pandemic, our collaboration with Telenet came to an end. This was the moment when we redefined our services and took on a new challenge. Instead of running a physical store with direct product sales, we decided to focus entirely on service and support.
Today we offer personalized IT advice and technical assistance without directly selling products. When customers need a product, we search for the best price from reliable online retailers, so they always get the best deal and quality.
